Pause. Breathe. Relax.

Who has time to pause or put themselves first these days much less stop and consider the environment? We go, go, go … day after day, month after month, year after year. We are perpetually working, rushing from place to place, taking care of family and friends, pushing ourselves to get it all done before another minute advances on the cell phone or computer screen. Our 21st century lifestyles take a toll not only on our environment but on our minds and bodies as well.

Pain is normal … right?

The pain in your body is telling you something. Whether it started today or you’ve been living with it for years, pain should not have to be your status quo. Maybe you’ve had a hard time finding a permanent solution. Maybe you are inundated and overwhelmed by the mounds of conflicting information thrown at you, selling the latest fads and pills. Understandable. The human body is a complex machine and there is not always a quick or easy answer.

You shouldn’t have to live with pain.

My goal is to help you reach the sense of empowerment that comes when you learn to love yourself enough to change your body from the inside out — dissolve stress, shed weight, become strong, feel whole. I partner with you on your journey toward a stronger, healthier body and sustainable lifestyle.

For me, there is no doubt about it: wellness and ecology are intrinsically linked. Like fish in a tank — the surrounding environment affects the fish and the fish affect their environment. It’s a closed system. I believe that learning to naturally care for our bodies plays a huge role in helping us to care for our mother earth and vice versa. I do my best to keep myself (and you!) updated on how our health is impacted by the world around us.
